Playoffs Day 5

Almost every game was a close exiting game with the scores being decided by 1 or 2 goals. The Blues made a stunning third period comeback against the Blackhawks to take game 3, 2-1. Patrik Berglund, Jaden Schwartz, and Colton Parayko scored for the Blues. Artem Anisimov and Brent Seabrook scored for the Blackhawks. The Red Wings surprisingly took a game against the Lightning at home 2-0 on a hard fought game. You could see the Red Wings had way more chances to score than the Lightning. Henrik Zetterberg and Andreas Athanasiou scored the first goal. The Islanders won in overtime in the first NHL playoff game in Brooklyn, and made a two goal comeback. Shane Prince, Frans Nielsen, Ryan Pulock, and Thomas Hickey scored in overtime to win it 4-3. Nick Bjugstad, Reilly Smith, and Alex Barkov scored for the Panthers. The Predators beat the Ducks 3-2 to extend the lead to two in a close game. Craig Smith, Shea Weber, and Mattias Ekholm scored for the Predators. Alex Cogliano and Nate Thompson scored for the Ducks.
