Playoffs Day 16

Two game 1s today were really action packed with the Stars edging the Blues and the Sharks beating the Predators. The Stars beat the Blues 2-1 and the game went back and fourth the whole time so it was really close. The first period was scoreless, but the second period had scoring. Antoine Roussel and Radek Faksa scored for the Stars with Faksa's goal scored with 4:44 left in the game. Kevin Shattenkirk was the only scorer for the Blues with a slap shot from the point. The Sharks beat up the Predators 5-2 at home with two empty netters. Tomas Hertl, Joel Ward, Tommy Wingles, and Logan Couture scored twice. Mike Fisher and Ryan Johanson scored with Johansen scoring with his head. Tomorrow the Islanders and Lightning play each other and the Penguins and Capitals play as well. Can the Blues bounce back?
